Working out and getting a little bit more toned butt day by day will HURT. You need to push yourself to the extent where you haven’t been before.
If you do that, each day you will be able to do a little bit more. And the result will come. Not the next day, but it will START to show in 6 weeks. To get a real good looking volleyball butt, takes more time. But once you are in your way (you see the little changes)that will help you to keep going.
So, what do you need to achieve a volleyball butt?
1. Your time.
2. Your long term 100% dedication.
3. Willpower to push it harder even when it hurts. Because it hurts!
4. Good exercise routine.
