Developing cellulite takes time and getting rid of cellulite will take time. The appearance of cellulite can be a sign of slower metabolism, it can be a sign of poor liver/kidney functioning or the disturbance of the nervous system and hormonal imbalances.

Romolo Mantovani (a famous naturopath) came up with the lemon cleanse method (who by the way cured himself and died at the age of 98!).
The lemon cleansing program helps to cleanse the kidney and liver as well. A very healthy way to help your body. It is recommended to do it during the fall and spring, but not more than twice a year.

You can get headache, nausea, dizziness, rash as a "side effect" during cleansing and this can be absolutely normal. Romolo Mantovani’s lemon detox diet recipe:
You will need a lemon squeezer and a plastic strainer. Dilute the lemon juice only if you can’t take the concentrated juice. Use a straw to protect your teeth.
You need to drink the juice 3 times a day.
1. Morning: on an empty stomach
2. Noon: half an hour before lunch
3. Evening: half an hour before dinner
1st day: 1 lemon in the morning, nothing befor lunch and nothing befor dinner.
2nd day: 1 lemon in the morning, 1 lemon before lunch, nothing before dinner
3rd day: 1 in the morning, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner.
4th day: 2 lemon in the morning, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner.
5th day: 2 lemon in the morning, 2 before lunch, 1 before dinner.
6th day: 2 lemon in the morning, 2 before lunch, 2 before dinner.
7th day: 3 lemon in the morning, 2 before lunch, 2 before dinner.
8th day: 3, 3, 2.
9th-15th day: 3, 3, 3.
16th day: 3,3,2.
17th day: 3,2,2.
18th day: 2,2,2.
19th day: 2,2,1.
20th day: 2,1,1.
21st day: 1,1,1.
22nd day: 1,1,0.
23rd day:1, 0,0.
It is recommended to eat lots of veggies, fruits, whole grain products during these days and eat only little dairy products and meat. It is absolutely not an easy diet, and again, consult your doctor before you start it!!
Some women would do only 2 lemons max in the morning, before lunch and dinner. They reported feeling the benefits as well.
If this cellulite detox is too drastic,instead, drink only 1 fresh lemon juice with warm water on an empty stomach every day. 1 lemon is not enough for a complete detox but even one lemon will give you great benefits.
